Investigation on Awareness of Stroke Prevention Knowledge

摘要 目的通过对800名乡村农民和社区干部、教师的疾病谱及相关知识的调查,了解人群对于脑卒中预防知识的知晓率,帮助提高认识,走出误区,降低患病率。方法对乡村农民和社区干部、教师进行随机抽样调查,抽出样本800名,其中农民400名、干部200名、教师200名,男性456名,女性344名。调查内容有疾病谱、个人嗜好、含高胆固醇食物的知晓率、脑卒中危险因素的知晓率。结果调查的800名人群中患各种心脑血管疾病达127人,总患病率为15.88%;存在不利于健康的个人嗜好达58.50%;对于高脂血症相关食物的知晓率仅为21.75%,特别是对于海鲜食品的知晓率极低,趋于零;对脑卒中危险因素的总知晓率仅为15.75%。结论为了减少高血压、高脂血症、脑卒中的发生,必须做到合理膳食、科学生活、积极治疗影响血脂代谢的有关疾病。 Objective To survey the disease histories and the related knowledge of 800 rural farmers,community cadres and teachers,to know the awareness rate of stroke prevention knowledge in the population,and to improve the awareness rate,remove misunderstanding and reduce the morbidity rate.Methods Totally 800 individuals (456 males and 344 females),including 400 rural farmers,200 community cadres and 200 teachers were randomly surveyed.The content of the investigation included disease history,diet habit,the awareness rate of food with high cholesterol,and the awareness rate of stroke risk factors.Results Among 800 individuals,127 suffered from cardio-cerebral vascular disease,with a total incidence rate of 15.88%.The rate of unhealthy diet habit was 58.50%.The awareness rate of hyperlipidemia-related food was only 21.75 %,especially the awareness rate of seafood was very low and close to zero.The total awareness rate of risk factors for stroke was only 15.75%.Conclusions It is necessary to have a reasonable diet,live a healthy lifestyle,and actively treat the related diseases affected lipid metabolism in order to reduce the occurrence of hypertension,hyperlipidemia,and stroke.
