微波消解原子光谱法测定蛤蜊中重金属含量

摘要 目的:优化出最佳测定条件及基体改进剂,测定蛤蜊中重金属元素。方法:以微波消解样品,石墨炉原子吸收法测定Pb、Cd,氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定Hg、As,并进行了方法的准确性和精密度考察。结果:在试验浓度范围内,各元素的线性关系良好(r=0.9990~0.9999),方法的加标回收率(n=3)在90.6%~116.5%之间,RSD小于5%。结论:该方法的精密度和准确性良好,可以用来进行海产品的质量控制和安全评价。 [Objective] To determine heavy metal in clam and the optimum instrument parameters and matrix modifier. [Method] With the method of microwave digestion, heavy metal including Pb, Cd, Hg and As in clam was determinationed by GFAAS method and hydride generation-AFS method respectively. In addition, the accuracy and precision on the results were studied. [Results] Good linearity of the calibration curves was abtained for all target elements(r=0.9990-0.9999). The results showed that the recovery of additional standard(n=3)was from 90.6% to 116.5%, and RSD was lower than 5%. [Conclusion] The method was accurate and precise. The technique was suitable for applying in the quality control and safety evaluation of shellfish.
