摘要
氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定硒,高含量镍干扰严重。经试验,用柠檬酸作掩蔽剂,在镍含量高达1000mg/L时,对5 μg/L硒的测定仍可得到满意结果。
Nickel, at high concentration, may seriously interfere in the determination of selenium by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Using citric acid as masking reagent, the interference of nickel,when its concentration as high as 1000 mg/L,may be avoided.
