摘要
目的探讨活血药(当归、川芎)、破血药(三棱、莪术)对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠血脂、血液流变学的影响。方法将60只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为5组:空白组、模型组、活血药(当归、川芎)组、破血药(三棱、莪术)组、他汀组。先采用高脂喂饲复制AS大鼠模型,造模成功后,灌胃给药,连续4周。实验结束时取血检测血脂、血液流变学方面的指标。结果模型组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显高于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);活血组、破血组、他汀组血清TC均低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但三者组间比较无统计学意义;活血组、破血组血清TG均低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两者组间比较无统计学差异;破血组血清LDL-C低于活血组,但两者组间比较无统计学意义。活血组、破血组、他汀组全血黏度(低切、中切、高切)、血浆黏度低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),三者组间比较无统计学差异。结论当归、川芎与三棱、莪术均能降低AS大鼠血清TC、TG水平及全血黏度(低切、中切、高切)和血浆黏度。
Objective To compare the effects between blood-activating drugs,Chinese an-gelica and Ligusticum wallichii,and blood-breaking drugs,sparganium stoloniferum and Ezhu,on serum lipid and hemorheology in atherosclerosis rats.Methods 60 male rats were random-ly divided into 5 groups: the blank control,model,blood-activating drug(Chinese angelica and Ligusticum wallichii),blood-breaking drug(Sparganium stoloniferum and Ezhu) and atorvas-tatin groups.Except for the rats in blank group,all the rats were fed with high cholesterol diet to simulate the atherosclerosis models,and then,all the rates were injected with drugs into the stomach 4 weeks.After that,the serum lipid and hemorheoloy were examined.Results The lev-els of serum TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the model group were significantly higher than that in the blank control group(P〈0.01).The serum TC levels in blood-activating drug,blood-breaking drug and Atorvastatin group were lower than that in the model group(P〈0.05),but there was no significant differences in the three groups;the serum LDL-C levels in the blood-breaking drug group were lower than that in the blood-activating group(P〈0.05),but there was no significant differences between the two groups.The levels of whole blood viscosity(low shear,medium shear and high shear) and plasma viscosity in the three groups were lower than those in the model group(P〈0.05) and there was no statistical differences in the three groups.Conclusions Chinese angelica,Ligusticum wallichii and Sparganium stoloniferum,Ezhu can reduce the serum TC,TG levels and the levels of whole blood viscosity(low shear,medium shear and high shear) and plasma viscosity.
