摘要
教学管理是高校管理工作的重要环节,教学管理水平的高低直接影响到学校教学质量和教学水平。马斯洛的人本主义理论理论告诉我们,每个人都有一套需要系统和层次。因此,在教学管理中,我们要注意管理的方式方法,从重视人的需要入手,运用激励的手段,充分调动人的积极性,真正做到"以人为本"。
As the important step to the management in higher education institutes,teaching management directly influences teaching quality and standard.Each subject has a set of requirement system and level according to Maslow’s theory of humanism.Therefore,in the course of teaching management,by starting with attaching more importance to both human requirements and management approaches,educators are supposed to take encouragement measures to inspire learners and to achieve the humanoriented goal.
