摘要 描述了一种中低速磁悬浮列车用永磁和电励磁混合悬浮电磁铁结构形式,并利用二维和三维有限元数值方法,分析了满载8 mm气隙额定悬浮、满载18 mm气隙起浮、满载10 mm悬浮和空载3 mm气隙防吸死4种典型工况下悬浮电磁铁的电磁特性。通过计算分析指出,采用新型混合悬浮电磁铁是可行的;与传统纯电励磁方式相比,在小气隙防吸死工况下,其漏磁与大气隙下一样严重。 The paper described a new structure of hybrid suspension magnet with permanent magnet and excitation coil used in lowspeed maglev train and researched its characteristics with the 2D/3D finite element numerical method. Its electromagnetic property was analyzed under four type operating conditions i.e. rating suspension with full load under air gap 8 mm or 10 mm, start suspension with full load under 18 mm, and suspension under 3 mm with null load and guard against being caught up. The analysis shows that the new hybrid structure is feasible. Comparing with tradition electromagnet, its leak magnetic flux is such serious as that under a big gap with the before-mentioned 3 mm condition.
