摘要
本文简要地介绍了日本HSST-03磁悬浮列车的悬浮电磁铁结构形式,并应用电磁场的基本理论和分析方法,对该悬浮系统电磁铁设计的主要公式进行了详细的推导;对设计中的气隙磁密、磁铁长度、气隙大小等主要参数的选择进行了分析;进而归纳出了该悬浮系统电磁铁设计的方法和步骤。此外,本文还给出了应用该设计步骤和方法设计完成的750kg悬浮电磁铁的理论计算与实验测试曲线。
The electromagnetic construction of the HSST-03 Maglev train in Japan is simplyintroduced, the fundamental throries and the analysis method are used in this paper. Thedetailed derivatrion for the main formations of designing the electromagnets has beencarried out (such as the calculation of the static magnetic forces and the sizes of the ex-cited coils, etc). The analysis for selecting the main parameters (airgap flux density,electromagnetic length, airgap's length, etc) is also carried out. Based on all this, themethod and steps for designing the electromagnets of the Maglev train are given. Besides,the curves of the calculation and testing for the 750 kg electromagnets which have beendesigned with the designing method and steps are given in it.
