摘要
创新人才是创新文化形成的核心,而教育机构是培育他们的摇篮。面向创新的教育体系构建则是培育出更多的创新人才,加快创新文化体系形成的主要途径。通过对浙江省教育机构、企业组织、政府部门的专家学者和专业人员的访谈、问卷调查,进一步确定基于政府(G)、教育机构(E)和企业组织(O)因素的创新人才培育影响因素体系,并通过回归分析,建立了主导因素的回归模型,明确了各个主要变量之间的相互影响关系。
Innovative talents are the core of innovation, and educational institutions are cradles to inculcate them. How to produce more creative talents and speed up the formation of innovation culture system? Innovation-oriented education system is the main method. Therefore, in this paper, it surveys the impacts on bringing up innovative persons, through interviews and questionnaires of experts from education institutes, business organizations and government departments in Zhejiang Province. It uses regression analysis, establishes the regression model, and defines the relationship between the various departments, in order to achieve some useful conclusions.
