摘要
目的探讨中学生惧怕否定评价、生活事件、社会支持对自尊的影响,为提高中学生的自尊水平提供依据。方法使用惧怕否定评价量表、青少年生活事件量表、社会支持量表、自尊量表,对泸州市2所中学480名中学生进行测定。结果城镇和农村的中学生自尊水平都较高,且城镇中学生自尊得分显著高于农村学生。父亲文化程度为小学和高中的中学生自尊得分显著低于父亲文化程度为大学的中学生。惧怕否定评价、生活事件的人际关系、学习压力、受惩罚、健康适应、其他5个维度与自尊有显著负相关;客观支持、主观支持、支持利用3个维度与自尊有显著正相关。支持利用、学习压力、主观支持、惧怕否定评价对自尊有预测作用。结论应给中学生更多的肯定评价和社会支持,减少其负性生活事件的发生,以提高其自尊水平。
Objective To explore high school students" fear of negative evaluation, life events and social supports" influence of their self- esteem, and to provide evidence for improving their self-esteem. Methods By using FNE, ASLEC, SSRS, SES 480 high school students were investigated. Results Both urban and rural high school students had high self-esteem, and urban ones had significantly higher scores than rural ones. The high school students whose father having primary or high school education level, had significantly lower self-esteem scores than ones whose father hav- ing university education level. There was significantly negative correlation between high school students" fear of negative evaluation, interpersonal re- lationships, study pressure, punishment, healthy adaptation, the other and their self-esteem; there was significantly positive correlation between ob- jective support, subjective support, support for use and their self-esteem. Support fov use, study pressure, subjective support, fear of negative evaluation could predict high school students" self-esteem. Conclusion High school students' fear of negative evaluation, life events and social supports has influence on their self-esteem. In order to enhance their self-esteem, more positive evaluation and social support, and fewer negative life events should be given to them.
