摘要
本文介绍了一般发动机气门的工作状况和进排气门材料应用进展情况以及气门锥面强化合金在气门设计中的应用，着重介绍了目前普遍采用的一种新的成熟的气门锥面强化合金伊顿6号合金（Eatonite6）并且与司太立6号合金（Stellite6）在硬度、耐磨性能、抗腐蚀性能等方面进行比较分析。
The engine valve operating conditions, valve material selection, application and evoutionover the past ten years are introduced and reviewed in this paper with emphasis on a new matured valveseat hardfacing alloy - Eatonite 6. The hardness, anti - wear and anti - corrosion performance of Eatonite6 have been compared with those of Stellite 6 for analysis.
