摘要
蝶窦的解剖结构对经蝶入路手术具有重要的指导意义。熟悉蝶窦及其毗邻重要结构是顺利进行这类手术和避免发生严重并发症的关键,现就蝶窦的解剖结构及其临床意义做一简要综述。
The anatomy of sphenoid sinus has considerable significance in the operation at the sellar region.Having an intimate knowledge of sphenoid sinus and adjoining construction is important to succeed these operations and avoid serious complications.This article will give a summary to the anatomy of sphenoid and its significance in the clinic.
