摘要
观察57具成人尸头标本蝶、筛窦外侧壁,以及同视神经管和颈内动脉的毗邻关系.眶板前下宽,后上窄,平均厚度为0.2mm.93.86%的视神经管内壁与蝶、筛窦外侧壁毗邻,且视神经管向蝶、筛窦内突出形成隆起的比率和程度同蝶、筛窦气化程度呈正相关.2.6%的标本颈内动脉在蝶窦内形成管型隆起.掌握蝶、筛窦外侧壁解剖,以及同视神经管和颈内动脉的毗邻关系和变异特征,对防止蝶窦、筛窦手术时视神经和颈内动脉的损伤,以及成功地进行内窥镜下眶减压术和视神经管减压术具有非常重要的意义.
The lateral wall of the ethmoid and sphenoid sinus, and its relationship with the optic canal and the internal carotid artery were observed in 57 adult cadaver heads. The orbital plate was 0. 2 mm thick on an average, wide in the anterior and lower part, and narrow in the posterior and upper part. The inner wall of the optic canal was adjacent to the lateral wall of the ethmoid and sphenoid sinus in 93. 86% cases. The tube marks of the internal carotid artery formed on the lateral wall of the sphenoid sinus were demonstrated in 2. 6%, cases. In order to avoid the complications of the optic nerve and the internal carotid artery in endoscopic surgery, and to take the decompression of the orbit and optic canal operations successfully, it is very important to familiarize the anatomy of the lateral wall of the ethmoid and sphenoid sinus, and its relationship with the optic canal and the internal carotid artery.
