变异链球菌表面蛋白与感染性心内膜炎的关系 被引量:1

摘要 变异链球菌属于绿色链球菌之一,而绿色链球菌所致的感染性心内膜炎高达45%以上。近来,有较多学者借变异链球菌的表面蛋白成分来了解其与感染性心内膜之间的关系。下面就细胞表面蛋白抗原C、壁相关蛋白、葡聚糖结合蛋白C、葡糖基转移酶、生物膜调节蛋白A和纤连蛋白结合蛋白及其黏附蛋白,来总结变异链球菌和感染性心内膜炎之间的关系。 Streptococcus mutans(S.mutans)is a member of the Streptococci viridans group which accounts for over 45% cases of infective endocarditis(IE).For the last few years,scientists have been managing to realize the relation between S.mutans and IE by researching on the surface protein of S.mutans.This article reviewed the cell surface protein antigen,wall-associated protein,glucan-binding protein,glucosyltransferases,biofilm regulatory pro-teinA,fibronectin and several adhesins of S.mutans to conclude their association with IE.
