摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,分析了湖北省不同产地油菜蜂蜜中的微量特征成分,得到5个稳定的共有峰。与湖北产洋槐蜜和荆条蜜图谱相比较,进一步确定了所得5个共有峰是湖北油菜蜜特有的指纹图谱峰,并通过LC/MS分析得到各峰对应物质的分子量。同时,通过比较掺假蜜与纯蜜的色谱图还发现,借助蜂蜜中微量特征成分分析来控制蜂蜜质量是可行的。
In this work the samples of Rape honeys from some main producing areas in Hubei Province were used HPLC fingerprint technology to analyse some specific profile after simple former processing.There were 5 collective peaks detected. Comprared with Robinia honeys and Chaste tree twigs honey produced in Hubei Province, we can confirmed that the 5 collective peaks were the fingerprint of Rape honeys produced in Hubei Province.To know the molecular weight of those 5 unknown chromatographic peaks, LC/MS had be used to determine. At the same time, we can obtained that it is a feasible method to control the quality by the fingerprint of honeys.
