摘要
目的:建立梯度洗脱的HPLC法测定普鲁卡因青霉素中有关物质。方法:使用C18色谱柱,以缓冲液(pH7.0)-水-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长225nm;采用青霉素杂质对照品配制系统适用性溶液。结果:本法可有效分离对氨基苯甲酸、普鲁卡因、各青霉素杂质、青霉素。结论:方法灵敏、准确,专属性强。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of related substances in procaine benzylpenicillin by using gradient elution of HPLC.Methods:C18 column was adopted;Mobile phase consisted of buffer (pH 7.0)-water-acetonitrile with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 225 nm.Results:4-Aminobenzoic acid,procaine,some impurities of benzylpenicillin and benzylpenicillin were obviously separated under the chromatographic system decribed above.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,accurate and specific.
