摘要
随着社会的发展,世界经济的一体化进程的加剧,促进了越来越多跨国公司的对外投资,而对外直接投资所面对的是与母国文化完全不同的文化,以及在很大程度上由这种文化差异所决定的跨国经营环境。跨国经营的范围越大,面临的文化冲突就可能越多。能否有效解决因文化差异、文化冲突产生的管理难题,已成为决定现代跨国公司跨国经营成败的重要因素。
With the development of society,the world economy integration process intensifies,promoting more and more multinational companies to invest abroad,and foreign direct investment is faced with a culture which is totally different with our culture,and transnational business environment that decided by the cultural differences in a large extent.The greater the scope of transnational business,the more cultural conflict we may face.Wether we can effectively solve the management problems caused by cultural difference and cultural conflit,has become an important factor to decide the success and failure of transnational corporations
