摘要
目的:探讨复合鼻小柱侧面皮瓣法治疗完全性单侧唇裂的疗效。方法:自2003年3月至2007年10月采用复合鼻小柱侧面皮瓣法治疗完全性单侧唇裂24例。结果:24例均成功,唇弓形态满意,唇峰降至水平位置,两侧鼻翼基底位于同一水平线上,唇红丰满、自然,上唇松动,瘢痕不明显。3例鼻小柱侧面皮瓣出现表皮糜烂,换药后痊愈。随访9例,最短4月,最长15月,平均8.3个月。结论:复合鼻小柱侧面皮瓣法充分利用周围有限的组织,解决了完全性唇裂唇峰不易下降至水平、缝合张力大等问题,具有以往传统方法不具有的优势,但尚需要病例的积累和时间的验证。
Objective： To investigate the treatment of using Lateral columellar flap method to cure the complete unilateral cleft lip.Methods： From March 2003 to October 2007,this technique had been adapted for 24 times to treat such cases.Results： The 24 cases were successful.The upper lips had dropped down to the level position.The wings of the noses lie on the same level on the whole and the bow-shaped of the lips are satisfying.As a result,all the lips are ruddy,well-developed,natural and the upper lips,whose scars are not clear,can move freely.Three lateral columellar flaps among which once appeared maceration on the surface.But after being changed the medicine,they have been fully recovered.Postoperative follow-up of 9 cases and the shortest time was 4 months while the longest one was 15 months,the average month was 8.3.Conclusion： Lateral columellar flap method has solved these problems that the complete cleft lip can not drop to the level position easily and the tension of suture is grent and so on by making full use of the limited around tissue.So it has the advantages which the former traditional methods don＇t have.However,this kind of method is developing and consummating,it should be tested and verified by time and more cases.
