摘要
目的 评价膜引导组织再生技术 (GTR)在牙种植术及唇裂齿槽嵴裂植骨术中的应用。方法 临床病例分为两组 (n=2 0 ) ,A组为完全性单侧唇裂齿槽嵴裂患者 13例 ,应用膜引导组织再生技术及植骨术联合修复齿槽嵴裂 ;B组为牙种植术患者 7例 ,出现种植体暴露和齿槽嵴高度不足 ,采用GTR技术进行修复 ;进行伤口愈合、骨生长情况、X线检查的临床效果观察。结果 所有伤口均Ⅰ期愈合 ,骨生长情况良好 ,种植体覆盖完全 ,达到骨整合。
Objective The clinical application of guided tissue regeneration in dental implantation and bone graft in alveolar cleft were evaluated. Methods Patients(n=20)were divided into two groups(A and B group). Group A:Thirteen patients with complete unilateral cleft lip were undergone alveolar cleft repair with bone graft combined with guided tissue regeneration. Group B:Seven patients with implants exposure or insufficient height of alveolar crest, were repaired with guide tissue regeneration technique. Wound healing, bone growth and X-ray examination were evaluated. Results All of the wounds in this study had first sufficiently healing. None of bone necrosis were found. Implants were firm stable and covered sufficiently, and bone integration were good. Conclusion Guided tissue regeneration treatment for most kinds of bone defects in oral and maxillofacial surgery provides statisfac tory clinical effects.
