喉鳞状细胞癌中表皮生长因子受体的表达及意义

摘要 目的 研究喉鳞状细胞癌中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达,探讨其在喉鳞癌中的意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例喉鳞状细胞癌组织与10例正常喉粘膜组织中的EGFR的表达水平,并分析喉鳞癌组织中EGFR的表达与临床病理特征的相关性.结果 喉鳞癌与正常组织中EGFR的表达率分别为 65%和0,两者差异有显著性(P〈0.05);低/未分化组的阳性表达率高于高/中分化组(P〈0.05);有淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移组(P〈0.05).结论 EGFR在喉癌的发生、发展过程中起不同程度的促进作用,这对喉鳞癌的诊断、治疗及评估预后有重要的意义. Objective To investigate the expression of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor( EGFR ) in laryngeal carcinoma and to explore the significance of EGFR on laryngeal carcinoma. Methods The technology of immunohistochemistr) SP was used to detect the expression of EGFR protein in the 60 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 10 cases of normal mucosa. In addition ,several clinical pathological features were analyzed. Results The expression rate of EGFR in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and normal mucosa were 65% and 0 respectively and the difference was significant( P 〈0.05) ;The Positive expression of EFGR in poorly differentiated group was higher than that in well differentiated group( P 〈 0.05) ;The positive expression of EFGR in lymph node metastasis group was higher than that without lymph node metastasis( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion This study suggests that EGFR participates in the occurrence and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma,which is important to the diagnosis,treatment and assessment of prognosis of laryngeal squamous cell careinoma.
