摘要
大学毕业生就业不仅关系到大学生个人的发展,而且关系到我国和谐社会的构建。通过对上海某高校2009届在校本专科大学毕业班学班学生的抽样调查,发现毕业生在就业的知、情、意、行四个方面存在着断裂与脱节的现象。这就需要政府、高校和用人单位建立大学生就业联动机制,共同营造良好的就业环境,加强一体化就业指导服务,以更好地满足大学毕业生的就业需求。
The employment of university graduates concerns China's development of a harmonious society as well as their own.A sample survey among the graduates of a university in Shanghai in 2009 shows that they can't combine knowledge,feelings,intentions and behavior in their employment.This requires that governments,universities and employers should establish a linkage mechanism of graduate employment and jointly create a good employment environment,strengthening the integration of career guidance services to better meet the employment needs of the graduates.
