摘要
大学生就业难已经成为不争的事实。如何全面培养大学生的综合素质,增强其就业竞争力也日益成为各高校关注的重要问题。文章通过界定大学生就业竞争力的概念,着重从隐性能力和显性能力两方面分析当前大学生就业竞争力的缺失现状,再从社会、学校、个人、家庭四角度分析现阶段影响大学生就业竞争力的因素,从而针对性地提出提高大学生就业竞争力的几点对策建议。
That it is difficult for university students to be employed has become an indisputable fact. How to improve the comprehensive quality of university students and enhance their competition ability in employment is increasingly becoming an important issue for the universities. By defining the concept of competition ability in eraployment, this paper analyzes the current students＇ weakness in employment from implicit and explicit ability. Then the paper analyzes the factors affecting students＇ ability in employment from the angles of the community, schools, individuals and families. Finally some countermeasures are put forward.
