摘要
目的:分析PICC非正常拔管相关因素,为将来置管采取预防性护理对策提供依据。方法:对我科5年来的PICC非正常拔管原因进行总结分析,采取相应护理对策。结果:120例置管患者,13例属于非正常拔管,未达到预期的时间。结论:通过对PICC非正常拔管分析,护士应把握好置管前、置管后的每个护理环节,同时向患者做好宣教工作,才能确保置管达到预期效果,真正减轻患者痛苦。
