摘要
在临床上,PICC因其维护方便、创伤小、感染发生率低、减少延迟出院,提高患者满意度等诸多优点而被广泛应用。然而,如果在留置期间出现导管脱出而引起非计划性拔管则会造成严重不良影响。该文从护理管理的角度出发,主要对PICC导管脱出问题的相关原因及预防对策进行分析归纳总结,以期对临床上预防此类问题及PICC置管管理有参考价值。
In the clinic,PICC is widely used because of its advantages such as easy maintenance,low trauma,low incidence of infection,reduced delayed discharge,and improved patient satisfaction.However,unplanned extubation due to catheter expulsion during indwelling can have serious adverse effects.From the perspective of nursing management,this article mainly analyzes and summarizes the related causes and prevention measures of PICC catheter prolapse problems,with a view to providing reference value for clinical prevention of such problems and PICC catheter management.
