摘要
目的:研究异种表面角膜镜片术后机体对异种角膜的免疫反应,阐明人体对异种角膜的免疫耐受机制。方法:应用流式细胞仪对9例(9只眼)接受异种表面角膜镜片术患者术后外周血T细胞的分布和自然杀伤细胞的活性进行了分析。结果:术后2个月,T细胞未被激活,NK活化程度显著提高(P<001),但未激发排斥反应。结论:猴角膜镜片虽可诱发轻微的免疫应答,但未达到增强抗原诱发的T细胞增殖应答的程度。可能与猴和人的种属相近,角膜镜片的抗原性低,抗原不易或缓慢被吞噬细胞摄取而成为致耐原,进而诱导免疫耐受有关。术后局部应用免疫抑制剂可防止移植排斥反应的发生。
To study the mechanism of the immune tolerance of the xenogenic epikeratophakia,4 patients with keratoconus and 5 patients with aphakia were treated by epikeratophakia monkey lenticules The peripheral lymphocyte subsets and the natural killer cell activity were analysed with flow cytometry before and 1 month,2 months after surgery respectively T cell was not activated and the rejection was not set off though the activation of NK was significant 2 months postoperatively The immune response activated by monkey lenticules was slight and not enough to promote the proliferation of the lenticule induced T cell It was possible that the low antigenicity of monkey lenticules could progressively cause the immune tolerance,and topical steroid may be helpful to inhibit the xenogenic rejection
