摘要
黄色瘤是脂质代谢障碍的皮肤病，好发于眼睑称睑黄色瘤。本病影响美观，既往手术切除，非手术疗效不满意。我院于１９９１年始应用肝素局部注射６０例，１０２只眼，１１０处黄色瘤，取得良好的效果，治愈率达１００％。肝素可改善睑黄色瘤局部的微循环，消除了局部组织内脂肪，使真皮内的黄瘤细胞脂肪清除，使之恢复到正常皮肤。本方法治疗睑黄色瘤方便、简单，是一种疗效好的非手术疗法。
Xanthoma is a kind of dermatosis induced by lipoidosis,and commonly occurs on the surface of eyelids.Therefore,it is called xanthoma palpebrarum.Previously,curative effect of surgery and non surgical therapy was not satisfying due to relating to cosmetology.Since 1991,60 cases(102 eyes,110 xanthomas) have been locally injected with heparin.Excellent results were observed,and all of cases were cured(100%).Heparin enhanced microcirculation of xanthoma,and made local tissue lipoclasis and lipocytes die away.Finally,the skin recovered.So the method was a simple,facile,and effective non surgical therapy for xanthoma palpebrarum.
