摘要
目的 研究氮酮对低分子量肝素钠离体大鼠皮肤透皮吸收的影响.方法 建立比浊法测定低分子量肝素钠含量.以离体大鼠皮肤为渗透屏障,Franz扩散池法考察氮酮对低分子量肝素钠透皮吸收的影响.结果 1.0%~5.0%的氮酮对低分子量肝素钠均有显著促透作用.结论 氮酮可作为低分子量肝素钠透皮给药制剂的促透剂.
Objective To study the percutaneous permeability of low molecular weight heparin sodium by Azone with rat skin in vitro.Methods The turbidimetric technique was used to determine the low molecular weight heparin sodium.Rat skin was used as permeation barrier.Permeation studies in vitro were carried out by using Franz-diffusion cells to investigate the cumulative permeation content of low molecular weight heparin sodium.Results 1.0%-5.0% Azone could enhance the percutaneous absorption of low molecular weight heparin sodiumin.Conclusion Azone can be used as transdermal enhancers for low molecular weight heparin sodium intransdermal drug delivery formulations.
