摘要
目的:探讨胸腔镜食管癌根治手术中的护理配合要点。方法:对我院2007年5月～2009年1月运用胸腔镜进行食管癌根治术26例病人的护理措施进行整理,提出护理重点。结论:术前的精心准备,术中准确的护理配合,术后严格的仪器保养和清洁灭菌是胸腔镜食管癌根治手术成功的前提.
Objective：To study the care measures for thoracoscopic esophageal cancer radical surgery.Methods：From May 2007 to January 2009,the use of thoracoscopy for esophageal cancer radical surgery in 26 cases was analyzed,the nursing measures were summarized.Conclusion：Meticulous preoperative preparation,intraoperative care and accurate co-ordination,strict sterilization and maintenance of thoracoscopy are prerequisite of the success of thoracoscopic esophageal cancer radical operation.
