摘要
目的探讨胸腔镜食管癌根治术的手术室护理配合措施。方法选取2016年8月—2017年12月在我院行胸腔镜食管癌根治术的60例患者,按随机数表法分为研究组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予系统性手术室护理配合,比较两组手术成功率与护理满意度。结果研究组手术成功率为93.33%,明显高于对照组73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统性手术室护理配合可明显提高胸腔镜食管癌根治术的手术成功率,同时提高患者对护理的满意度。
Objective To investigate the nursing cooperation of thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer in operating room. Methods 60 patients with thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer in our hospital from August 2016 to December 2017 were selected, and they were divided into research group（n =30） and control group（n =30） by random number table. Control group was given routine nursing, while research group was given systematic nursing cooperation in operating room based on control group. The operative successful rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The operative successful rate of research group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% of control group（P 〈 0.05）; The nursing satisfaction of research group was 100.00%, which was higher than 76.67% of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Systematicness nursing cooperation in operating room for thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer can increase the operative successful rate and nursing satisfaction.
