应用液晶热色效应的高压电器温度在线测量系统 被引量:1

摘要 温度对胆甾相液晶选择反射特性的影响与所对应的波长范围有关,在不同的波长范围内,温度对其选择反射特性的影响规律不同。基于胆甾型液晶特有的这种热色效应,提出了一种用于测量高压电器温度的新型温度传感器系统。该传感器系统由光源、胆甾型液晶、色敏传感器、空心光纤、放大电路和显示模块组成。将胆甾型液晶封装在空心光纤内,利用液晶的热色效应,将液晶的温度的变化用其选择反射光波长来表示。采用色敏传感器解调出光波长的变化,利用胆甾型液晶选择反射波长与温度之间的关系,经过数据处理,实现温度的实时测量。测量系统选用不同的胆甾型液晶混合物,可以得到不同的温度测量范围,能对高压电器多点温度进行在线检测,测量精度可以达到±0.2°C以内,并具有本征安全、高精度、高电绝缘和抗强电磁干扰等优点。 Cholesteric liquid crystal optical rotatory dispertion characteristic is affected by temperature. The temperature sense system used for measuring temperature of the high voltage apparatus is presented based on the thermochromic effect of cholesteric liquid crystals. The system consists of the optic source,cholesteric liquid crystals,color sensor,hollow fiber,signal amplification circuits and display module. The cholesteric liquid crystal is packaged in hollow fiber,and its temperature change is represented by the selective reflection wavelength based on the thermochromic effect. The temperature may be real-time measured based on the wavelength demodulating by color sensor,and selective reflection wavelength is related with temperature. The high voltage apparatus mult-point temperature may be measured,error is less than ±0.2°C,and different temperature range may be obtained for the system by selecting different cholesteric liquid crystals mixture. The sense system has the perspective of the intrinsic safety,high precision,high electrical insulation and anti-electromagnetic interference.
