摘要
目的研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)与正常肺组织穿刺标本中端粒酶催化基团(hTRT)mRNA表达与肿瘤分期与分级关系,探讨其在非小细胞肺癌早期诊断中的临床意义。方法采用原位杂交技术检测非小细胞肺癌与正常肺组织中端粒酶催化基团mRNA表达。结果30例非小细胞肺癌中25例端粒酶催化基团mRNA表达阳性,阳性率83.3%;对照组20例中无端粒酶催化基团mRNA阳性表达,阳性率0%。结论端粒酶催化基团mRNA在非小细胞肺癌中有异常阳性表达,表达与肿瘤分期与分级有关。与肿瘤病理分型无关。
Objective To evaluate the expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase messenger RNA(hTRT mRNA)in non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissue samples and the relationship with cancer stages and grades,and detect the clinical significance for early diagnosis .Methods We investigated the expression of hTRT in NSCLC and normal lung tissues by in situ hybridization.Results Of 30 cases with NSCLC,25(83.3%)cases had positive expression of hTRT mRNA,While no expression hTRT mRNA in normal tissues.The expression level of hTRT mRNA was significantly different from normal tissue.(P〈0.01).While the expression level of hTRT mRNA was significantly different from cancer stage(P〈0.05).Conclusion NSCLC tissues have increased positive expression of hTRT mRNA,yet the expression has relationship with cancer stages and grades,has no relationship with pathologic typing of cancer.
