多荷离子消毒机的研制

摘要 研制一种新型安全有效的消毒灭菌设备,与目前使用的高温高压蒸汽灭菌器、环氧乙烷消毒灭菌器以及臭氧灭菌器比较,有常温、常压、无放射、安全、高效、无毒、无污染、不损坏被消毒物品、使用时间短、制造与使用成本低等特点。作用机理是利用瞬时将空气激发成带多个正电荷的多荷离子(活性氧化性离子)作为灭菌剂使微生物中的蛋白质、蛋白酶、细胞膜脂质过氧化,使微生物细胞发生自溶或变异而死亡的原理。设计生产多荷离子消毒机,可以广泛的应用于医疗卫生、公共安全、机场、地铁、火车站等公共领域。 Our aim is to develop a new kind of safe and effective disinfection and sterilization equipment which is characterized by normal temperature, normal pressure, no radiation, safety, high efficiency, non-toxicity, no pollution, no damage to the articles sterilized, as well as short time and low manufacturing and use cost as compared with the currently used high temperature and pressure steam sterilizers,ethylene oxide sterilizers and ozone sterilizers. Its working principle is to stimulate instantaneously air to combine multiply-charged ion (activated oxidized ion) with several positive electrical charges as the sterilant to enable the protein, protease and cell membrane lipide in microorganism to overoxidize, and to make microbial cell autolyze or mutate, and then die. We aim to design and produce a kind of multiply-charged ion sterilizing machine that can be widely used in such public fields as medical and public health, public safety, airport, subway and railway station.
