摘要
目的:寻找一种有效减少、控制医院中央空调系统引发院内交叉感染的方法。方法:利用净化消毒装置对医院中央空调系统回风进行消毒净化,监测在安装净化装置系统前后干净出风口空气的菌落数。结果:中央空调回风净化达到消毒后静态下细菌总数≤500cfu/m^3CFu/M^3,未检出致病菌。结论:通过净化医院中央空调系统,提高了医院空气质量,减少医院内的交叉感染,提高了治疗环境质量。
objective: To search for an effective to reduce and control methods of the central air conditioning system causing nosocomial cross infection in hospital. Methods: Use central air conditioning system return air purification disinfection device for the hospital disinfection purification, monitoring the number of colonies before and after the clean air outlet on of purification equipment installation system. Results: the central air conditioning return air purification, under static after disinfection bacteria or less 500 CFU/M3, check out the pathogenic bacteria. Conclusion: through purification hospital central air conditioning system, improve the quality of hospital air, reduce the cross infection in the hospital, improve the quality of the treatment environment.
