结直肠癌组织中钙黏附素表达与淋巴结微转移的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨N0期结直肠癌组织中的上皮型钙黏附素(E—cad)表达与淋巴结微转移的关系。方法应用荧光定量PCR法检测62例病理证实的N0期结直肠癌患者548枚淋巴结中CK20mRNA的表达:同时用免疫组织化学方法检测结直癌组织中E—cad的表达:对上述两种指标的表达进行相关分析。结果本组62例结直肠癌患者CK20mRNA阳性率(淋巴结微转移率)为38.7%(24/62);E—cad高表达率为51.6%(32/62)。E-cad高表达与淋巴结微转移呈显著负相关(r=0.453,P=0.001):其中19例T1-2期患者中E—cad表达与微转移无相关性(r=0.016,P=0.946):43例T3-4患者中E—cad高表达与微转移呈显著负相关(r=0.382.P=0.007)。结论N0期结肠癌组织中E-cad表达与淋巴结微转移的发生具有密切相关性。
