铁道车轮多点直径测量仪的数采系统研究

摘要 车轮直径和车轮圆度误差是评估车轮磨耗的关键参数,它们的测量是目前没有解决好的问题,特别是便携式的仪器在车测量问题。单点测量的仪器要受到测量点位的限制,受车轮随机形状的干扰也很大。文中采用新的思路,用过采样技术研究测量方法。具体采用DSP(Digital Signal Processing)采集编码器的转动角度数据,做过采样处理后,通过蓝牙发送到PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)进行处理、显示和保存。使系统具有无线传输、保存、显示和友好人机界面的特点。 Wheel diameter and wheel roundness error are the key parameters of evaluating wheel abrasion.Their measurement is not well resolved,specially portable measurement equipment in the vehicle.Single point of measuring instruments subject to the restrictions on measurement points and random shape.In this paper,new ideas,the use of over-sampling measurement technology is researched.Concretely,rotation angle data of the encoder is collected by the DSP,which is sent to the PDA through bluetooth for calculating,saving and displaying after being over-sampled processing.So the system has features of wireless transmission,storage,display and friendly man-machine interface.
