基于图象处理测量的轮对轮缘形状的研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文提出一种基于数字图象处理的轮对故障检测技术。该技术采用半导体激光器为光源通过高精度CCD传感器获取轮对踏面的图象,并将图象进行二值化和细化处理,分析踏面参数与系统参数的几何关系,从而得到踏面的几何参数值。现场检测及结果表明:本方法是可行的,具有测量精度高和稳定性好的特点,测量精度可达0.1mm。 this paper puts forward a kind of technique for inspecting fault of wheelset flange by means of digital image processing. semiconductor laser is used as light source. images of wheelset flange are taken by means of ccd sensor. geometrical parameters of flange are deduced by means of digital image processing technique as image threshold and image thinning. analysis the relationship betweem the value of wheel tread flange and system parameters. The schematic diagram of the system is showed. experimental results and error analysis are discussed. the measuring results in the factory survey indicate that the method is vible, higher survey precision and higher stability. precision of survey can amount to 0.1 mm.
