摘要 在总结现有研究的基础上,设想在月球环境下制造水泥及其混凝土。结合月球实际,设想利用月球表面的硅质材料,通过干拌蒸汽养护或蒸压养护法和碱性激发材料(硅酸盐水泥、石灰、氧化钠、硅酸钠等)激发,探索和设计适用于月球的蒸压养护大掺量硅质材料的硅酸盐水泥混凝土、蒸压养护硅酸盐混凝土和蒸汽养护或蒸压养护土聚水泥混凝土,为未来月球基地建设服务。 On the basis of reviewing some existing researches,the producing of cement and concrete in lunar environment is assumed. In combination with the actual condition of lunar environment,with the assumption of making use of the siliceous materials on the lunar surface,and through dry mix/steam injection or autoclave curing and alkali-activated materials (Portland cement,lime, sodium oxide and sodium silicate and so on) activating, autoclaved Portland cement concrete with large amount of siliceous materials,autoclaved Portland concrete and steam injection/autoclaved geopolymeric cement concrete applicable for lunar environment were explored and designed,providing services for future lunar base construction.
