实施职业指导“成功教育”调整中职学生自卑心理

摘要 针对中职生群体就业最常见的自卑心理,本文提出职业指导应实施"成功教育",以真正激发和调动中职生自觉学习、自我发展的内驱力,使他们能主动根据社会需求打好基础,从根本上提高学生的就业竞争力和职业发展能力,积蓄自信。中职学校职业指导"成功教育"至少包括一个必不可少的前提、三条行之有效的途径。 In view of the most common inferiority psychology of vocational school students' employment,this article puts forward the implementation of success education in career guidance to truly stimulate and motivate vocational school students' internal drive for spontaneous learning and self-development,making them lay a solid foundation actively based on social demands,with an aim to improve their employability and competitiveness and vocational development ability basically and boost self-confidence.Success education in career guidance of vocational schools includes a prerequisite at least and three effective ways.
