摘要
分析了MOV型SPD中常见的3种脱扣弹片的性能。通过热力学傅里叶定律的理论分析,并采用YX-1型SPD热稳定测试设备进行有效的对比实验,结合Mat-lab偏微分工具模块,对所研究的弹片进行了仿真,给出了在仿真下弹片的温度分布。提出了对脱扣弹片的选材和结构的建议。
The performance of 3 class familiar tripping pieces of MOV type surge protective device(SPD) was analyzed. By thermodynamics Fourier law, the comparing experiments were carried out by the YX-1 thermal arrest testing equipment. The tripping pieces were simulated by the partial differential module tool of Matlab, and the temperature distribution of the tripping pieces was mapped out. Some suggestions about pieces material selection and structure were proposed.
