摘要
为了区别松花粉纯品与掺伪品,采用性状、水试、显微等鉴定方法加以鉴别,以保证临床使用安全、有效。结果表明松花粉掺伪严重,仅凭肉眼进行性状鉴定,难以辨别,而用水试和显微鉴别等方法则较容易区别。
The water test and microscopic identification are used to distinguish pure and doped counterfeit goods to en- sure the safe and effective clinical use. The results show the adulteration is serious in pine pollen and it is difficult to identify traits only by eyes ,but water test and microscopic identification are more easier to identify.
