摘要
就业难题对高校人才培养模式提出挑战,提升大学生的就业力是高等教育大众化背景下的重要举措。从大学生合理归因、形成正确的知识能力观、注重职业生涯规划和加强心理健康教育等方面入手为提高大学生就业效能感,提升大学生就业的"软实力"提出建议,以期为大学生职业生涯规划和就业咨询工作提供依据。
Employment problem is a challenge for the talent training model in colleges and universities and upgrading employability is an important move under the background of mass higher education. This paper puts forward ways to" improve self-efficacy and "soft power" of college students in seeking employment from the perspectives of rational attribution, the formation of correct views on knowledge and ability, career planning and mental health education so as to provide foundation for career planning and employment consultation for college students.
