摘要
根据自我效能理论和大学生创业自我效能感概念的界定,参考自我效能理论在一些领域应用的量表构建,确立大学生创业自我效能感量表的编制原则和方法。通过对高校教师和学生进行开放式问卷调查和访谈;编制大学生创业自我效能感量表的初稿;经过对量表进行4稿修改、筛选、定性和定量分析,最终形成大学生创业自我效能感量表的基本结构,即:2个分量表、9个因素、92个测题。经过统计检验,该量表的信度和效度均较高。
The principles and methods of developing a measuring scale for the undergraduates' self-efficacy in starting an undertaking are established according to the theory of self-efficacy, to the definition of the self-efficacy in undergraduates' starting an undertaking, and to the application of the self-efficacy theory to developing measuring scales in some other areas. The process of our scale development consists of the following three steps: 1 ) having open questionnaires and interviews with the university teachers and students; 2) designing the primary scale of undergraduates' self-efficacy in starting a business ; 3 ) after four times revising, screening, and analyzing the scale both qualitatively and quantitatively, the basic structure of the scale, namely two subscales, 9 factors and 92 measuring items, being established. The statistical tests show that the scale is of high reliability and validity.
