摘要
为了验证气泡混合轻质土在控制软土路堤与结构物差异沉降方面的处理效果,对在建的沿海高速公路T6合同选择试验段开展了原位试验研究。分别选择146+957中桥0号台和3号台台背做为试验段,3号台台背直接采用预压-气泡混合轻质土回填处理,0号台台背采用预压-深层搅拌桩处理。在试验段布置了沉降板,跟踪测试处理后的软土路堤沉降随时间的演化规律。结果表明,由于气泡混合轻质土减轻了填土自重,在加载预压完成后填筑气泡混合轻质土,地基土处于超固结状态,路基工后沉降小,能有效防治软土路基桥头跳车。气泡混合轻质土和深层搅拌桩处理的对比表明,前者不仅处理效果好,而且施工方便,施工进度快,是一种很有发展潜力的软土路堤路桥过渡段差异沉降控制方法。
To testify Foamed Cement Banking's (FCB's) effect on controlling bridege-head settlement of soft soil embankment,at Hebei coast highway the test position is chosen and the in-situ test is performed.Bridge backs of No.0 and 3 of middle bridge of 146+957 are chosen as test position.At No.3 bridge back the filling of FCB is performed.At No.0 bridge back,the cement deep mixing piles are preformed.At test positions the settlements are monitored by settlement plates.The results show that because of light unit weight of FCB,after preloading,the ground under FCB embankment is overconsolidated,and the post settlement is small.So FCB embankment is a effective method to reduce bridege-head settlement.The comparison analysis of the FCB and the cement deep mixing piles shows that not only the former is of better disposal treatment,but also is convenient and saving work time.FCB is a foreground technique over bridge-head settlement of soft soil embankment.
