摘要
分压供气、降低供给压力是气动系统节能的一条重要的途径,气源气压每升高0.1MPa,空压机增加耗能5%~10%,气动系统多耗气14%。介绍了气动系统分压供气的特点及应用,并就分压供气方式及其核心技术——气动系统局部增压技术进行探讨与展望。
Air-supplied with different pressure and reducing the pressure of air-supplied is an important way for energy-saving of pneumatic system, the pressure of air source is declined by 0. 1 MPa, and energy consumption of compressor increased by 5% - 10%, air exhausted of pneumatic system enhanced by 14%. The characteristics and application of air-supplied with different pressure were introduced, and the method as well as its core technology, locally pressure-boosting technology of pneumatic system was analyzed and prospected.
