摘要
为了提高制造业压缩空气系统整体能源利用效率,基于压缩空气系统的3个环节:压缩空气生产Block、压缩空气输送Block、压缩空气使用Block,对其进行分析研究和探讨,挖掘节能潜力点。得出压缩空气系统的主要节能技术如下:1)供气始端空气压缩机本身结构性能的研究;压缩机组群合理匹配设置;智能集中控制技术方面的研究。2)压缩空气输送环节管路系统的合理优化配置;管路输送系统的漏点监测技术;以及管网局部增压技术的运用。3)末端用气设备的节能研发。节能技术为压缩空气系统的设计、节能改造提供依据。
In order to improve the overall energy utilization efficiency of compressed air system in manufacturing industry, based on the three aspects of compressed air system: compressed air production block, compressed air transportation block, and compressed air use block, analysis and research are conducted on the compressed air system to tap the potential of energy saving. The main energy-saving technologies of compressed air system are as follows: 1) Study on the structural performance of air compressor at the beginning of air supply; Reasonable matching of compressor groups; Research on intelligent centralized control technology. 2) Reasonable and optimized configuration of piping system for compressed air transmission; leakage monitoring technology of pipeline conveying system; and application of local supercharging technology of pipe network. 3) Energy-saving R D of end gas equipment. Energysaving technologies provide the basis for the design of compressed air system and energy saving.
