摘要
对河北省某优势项目15名男子运动员进行14周的核心力量训练,结果显示,教练员与运动员对技术及身体的稳定性、协调性主观感觉显著增强,运动成绩亦有显著提高,从而为教练员科学安排力量训练提供参考依据。
Core training was carried out among 15 male athletes of some dominant event in Hebei province for 14 weeks,it was shown that perceptual responses of coaches and athletes have been greatly enhanced to maintain stability,coordination technically and bodily,performance also remarkably improved,aimed at providing reference for coaches to make scientific arrangements for core training.
