摘要 中小学教师角色的定位问题一直是学界研究的热点,在中国文化传统作用下,中小学教师角色的认识常常迷失在道德"圣人"、知识"完人"和学生"仆人"的丛林中。让教师走下"神坛",回归"常人"的生活,对学生的成长、教师幸福的实现、家校之间的合作以及学习型社会的建设都具有重要的意义。 The issue of teacher's roles has always been a hot research focus in the academic world. In traditional Chinese culture, teachers of primary and secondary schools are always misinterpreted as the sages of virtue, the paragons of knowledge, and the servants of students. Now it is time for teachers to step clown the "altar" and return to the life of "average people", which is significant for students" growth, teachers" happiness, cooperation between parents and teachers, and construction of learning society.
