摘要
利用Moldflow软件对薄壁塑件产生翘曲的原因进行分析,采用正交试验设计方法对塑件成型的注射时间、熔体温度、保压压力、保压时间、冷却时间等工艺参数进行模拟分析,研究各工艺参数对塑件翘曲的影响,从而获得最优工艺参数组合,指导生产。
An analysis based on Moldflow was made on the cause of warping of a thin walled plastic part and through orthogonal experiments,the technological parameters like injection time,melt temperature,packing pressure,holding time and cooling time,etc.were simulated,in which way,the effect of the parameter variables on the warpage of the product was studied and an optimal combination of the parameters was obtained and then validated through simulation.
