摘要
文章以某电子产品薄壳类注塑件为研究对象,采用多因素正交试验的方法,对注塑成型过程进行有限元模拟,获得塑件在不同工艺参数下的整体翘曲变形量,并以整体翘曲量为考核指标,通过分析正交试验中的各因素对评价指标的影响,确定了ABS GP22材料塑料件优化的工艺参数组合。通过物理实验验证,效果良好,解决了塑件的翘曲变形缺陷,实现了理想的装配效果。
The injection process of a thin shell part was simulated by finite element method. Numerical experiments were designed according to Taguchi method. Injection quality was evaluated by the overall warpage. Optimal parameters for processing the material of ABS GP22 were determined by comparing the influencing degree of different parameters on warpage deformation. The method could be used to optimize the injection molding. The experimental results showed that the warpage had been solved and desired assembly effect had been gotten.
