摘要
运用问卷调查、专家访谈等方法对目前浙江省山地户外运动指导员的现状进行分析,并提出对策和解决方法,为推动山地户外运动指导员的全面、健康发展服务,为有关部门决策提供可靠依据。
Using questionaire survey and expert interviews,this paper analyzed the current situation of the outdoor mountain sports instructors in Zhejiang Province.It is to promote the comprehensiveness and health development of outdoor mountain sports instructors,and to provide a reliable basis for the department.
