IGFⅡ基因多态性及其与京海黄鸡屠宰和肉质性状的关系

摘要 以京海黄鸡J+、J-品系为材料,采用PCR-SSCP技术检测到IGFⅡ基因外显子区域3个SNPs位点,并就其对鸡屠宰及肉质性状的遗传效应进行了分析。结果显示,3个位点分别发生G64A、C173A、G7641A的单碱基突变,最小二乘方差分析表明,P1位点J-品系中胸肌重、胸肌率AA型显著个体大于AB型个体(P<0.05),腹脂重、腿肌pH值AA型显著小于BB型个体(P<0.05);P2位点J+品系中半净膛重、全净膛重、全净膛率CC、DD型个体显著高于CD型个体(P<0.05)。推测IGFⅡ基因可能是影响鸡屠宰和肉质性状的候选基因,可进一步应用于分子标记辅助育种研究。
